Shom Chowdhury


Shom Chowdhury is the former Global Head of Health & Wellness of Soho House & Co., the world’s largest private members club, lifestyle and hotel concept. Prior to that, he was the Chief Operating Officer for healthy food concept, Juice Press. He has deep experience in hospitality, operations, operational systems, finance, branding, strategy, and design & build. He also specializes in staffing, procurement and project management. Shom has advised many leading brands including industrial design & manufacturing firm VDG (Peloton), group fitness concept Rumble (backed by Equinox, acquired by Xponential fitness), recovery concept Eight Sleep (Time Magazine Best Invention), equipment manufacturer Watson Gym Equipment, amongst others. He is also a recovering management consultant, 13 years at Guidehouse. Shom has a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.

Eric Gutmann


Eric Gutmann has worked in tandem with various design teams to create premium products and experiences. Spanning multiple fields of work, from industrial, product, interior, web UI/UX and traditional branding/identity; his role has been to facilitate and refine the process from ideation to fulfillment, all the while keeping client expectations front and center. Client highlights include, Rumble, Soul Cycle, Peloton, NYFW, Equinox, Mercedes Benz, W Hotels, CFDA, Akins Army and La Ligne. Eric has a BFA in graphic communications from FIT.



Mike Joiner


Mike Joiner is the founder of J House Productions and has over 25 years of production experience working with The National Football League (NFL), The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Major League Baseball (MLB), The National Basketball Association (NBA) and The Professional Golfers Association (PGA). Mike's Broadcasting experience leans on skills built from 20th Century FOX, FOX Sports, The NFL Network, The Tennis Channel as well as major market news affiliates KTVU and KPIX. Having developed a complete vision through his career as a Camera Operator, Technical Director, Director and Producer he has has architected and executed live and on demand streaming experiences for top fitness brands like Rumble Fitness, Homebody, Xponential Fitness, City Row, New York City Sports Club, and Block Training. He is a thought leader and expert in live broadcasting and remote production.

Joe Ferraro


Joe Ferraro is a founding member of Rumble (backed by Equinox, acquired by Xponential fitness). As head of program development and talent acquisition, he oversaw sourcing, hiring and training of over 200 trainers across 7 different markets. Prior to that, Joe was one of the top instructors at Barry's Bootcamp (backed by North Castle Partners with 75 locations across 14 countries). Joe also co-founded a popular streetwear label which offers high quality garments at affordable prices. The brand has seen rapid growth due to its give back element and strong ties to notable celebrities and athletes. Joe consults with many leading brands including Soho House, Block (NBA legend and Brooklyn Net's Head Coach Steve Nash's training concept), CLMBR, Saks Fifth Avenue, Gurney’s Montauk Resorts, Clubhouse (Brooklyn Net's private training facility), Resorts World, amongst others. Joe has a BFA in Fine Arts from Stony Brook University.

Tom Walsh


Tom Walsh is a seasoned leader who brings structure to any project he’s part of.  As the Vice President of Global Store Development for Under Armour, Tom and his team built 200+ stores a year in 30+ countries over his 10 year tenure. Prior to that, Tom took new brands Ruehl and Gilly Hicks from prototype to rollout ready for retail giant Abercombie & Fitch. While Chief Development Officer for group fitness phenom, Rumble (backed by Equinox, acquired by Xponential Fitness), Tom implemented a disciplined approach to growth and vendor management for the rapidly expanding startup. Tom has deep expertise  in real estate finance, asset, scaling & construction management. He has a BA from Ohio Dominican University.

 

Arnava Asen


Copywriting to identity systems, package design to category repositioning, advertising campaigns to experiential and innovation, even internal change management and capability-building, Arnava is that rare-breed strategist who has command of and curiosity for it all. A decade and a half of leading teams in some of the creative industry’s top agencies and consultancies, a masters in Strategic Design Management from Parsons at The New School, as well as an adjunct professorship in Design Thinking at Princeton University, his singular approach to stewarding a 'Living Brand' is as much molded by lessons learned in the field as it is by a guiding adherence to informed and inspired insight. Blue-sky thinking anchored by tactical planning makes Arnava the sort of brand marketer who doesn’t just see the future, nor even just react to it – he creates it.

Madison Mazzulo


Madison has spent many years in production & set design on both sides of the lens. As a former model turned marketeer, Madison has extensive experience with both direct to consumer (DTC) and retail brands including QVC, Harley Davidson, Neiman Marcus, Eight Sleep, D’Angelico, Rumble Fitness, Peter Thomas Roth, Philosophy, and bareMinerals amongst others. She is able to work with clients to understand specific consumer targeting, brand story, and budget to design thoughtful and engaging campaigns on both digital and print media. Madison also has expertise with talent procurement and management, both agency and independent. She is the owner and operator of multiple boutique consulting & retail businesses. Madison attends the University of Pennsylvania.

Chrissy Kopplin


Chrissy Kopplin is a solutions-driven executive offering over 15 years of global design experience in luxury sectors. Having designed + managed over $700M in projects both domestic and internationally, Chrissy understands what it takes to deliver projects on time and on budget. Her experience working with large corporations has allowed her to take best practices and efficiencies developed at billion-dollar companies to benefit boutique projects. Her approach is unique in that she looks at each project both creatively and practically. Chirssy has a BFA in Architecture and Design from SCAD.

Helena is a practicing attorney specializing in contracts, financial markets and financing.  She was In-House Counsel for Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) for over twenty years where she oversaw legal and compliance matters primarily for the Debt Capital Markets Group. Helena is also Co-founder of  The Project, an innovative members club concept to be based in Manhattan. Helena has her JD in Law from New York University (NYU) and BA from The University of Virginia.

Noah is also a Nike endorsed trainer/fitness personality, hosting many charitable, media events, and product activations for a brand he has loved since childhood. David Gudstadt


David Gudstadt is the fomer CIO of Equinox Hotels where he oversaw financing, design, build & financial operations for first ever Equinox Hotel in Hudson Yards, New York City in addition to future planned locations. Prior to that he was the Managing Director of Hospitality for Related Companies. David has extensive indiustry experience in investment banking, spending the early years of his career at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. He also founded and built Fitler Club, a modern, active focused members club in Philadelphia. David has a BA in Economics from Princeton University.

Dhruv Tandan


Dhruv has worked on successful fundraises and consulting projects worth over $1 billion, with a focus on energy, tech, F&B, and life science projects around the world. He has more than 12 years of experience in finance, FP&A, fundraising, M&A and process improvement. Dhruv provides financial & strategic consulting to global companies at different stages in their life cycle. Dhruv has completed his MBA in Finance from IIM Ahmedabad and is an Electrical & Electronics Engineer.

Thomas Lennard

Ariana Guido


Ariana Guido is currently part of the product marketing team for Block (NBA legend and Brooklyn Net's Head Coach Steve Nash's training concept) where she is organizing, constructing, and fostering community partnerships for the brand, as well as organizing and managing logistics for all company events. She also maintains her Special Education teaching position in the New York City public school system, with certifications in both general and special education. She has 5 year’s experience working within a charter school and the NYC DOE. Ariana works with students that have varying educational needs and abilities, and uses data to create the most accurate evaluations and assessments that drive her instruction. She has a BA in History and a MA in Elementary Education from Quinnipiac University.

Jarron Aizen


Jarron Aizen is serial entrepreneur and technologist (2 exits under his belt) and is the Founder and CEO of Hapana, a SaaS platform facilitating end-to-end operations and member experiences for physical and digital fitness enterprises. He has extensive experience as a solution architect, corporate governance, finance & strategy. Jarron holds a Bachelors in Commerce (Finance) and Honors in Engineering from the University of New South Wales in Australia.

Glenn Colarossi is the former President of Hospitality for Cybex (NASDAQ: CYBI). He has been an owner & operator/Consultant to some of the largest health clubs & spas in the world including: Starwood Hotels, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Hotel Group, Four Seasons, Mandarin Hotel, W, St. Regis, The Plaza Hotel, Frette, TDIC (Abu Dhabi), The Downtown Athletic Club (Miami, FL), and the Landmark Athletic Club (Stamford, CT). He has served on the Connecticut Governor’s Council on Fitness and was an advisory board member for; ICAA (International Council on Active Aging), ACE (American Council on Exercise), ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine, Health Fitness Journal) and the Keiser Institute on Aging. He is an active speaker at international health conferences including: International Hotel Show, NYU International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference , IHRSA, Club Industry, US Real Estate Opportunity & Private Fund Investing Forum, and the White House Conference on Aging. He has been published extensively by trade publications including: New York Times and the Wall Street Journal. Glen has an MS in Exercise Science from Adelphi University.

Brandon Berger was formerly the Chief Digital Officer Worldwide for Ogilvy & Mather, where he led Digital@Ogilvy across the world. Under Brandon's leadership, Ogilvy built the largest global digital network. As a platform that can mobilize worldwide resources for any client regardless of location Ogilvy also made digital core to the entire business. This includes establishing key global practices around mobile, e-commerce, data and social, launching Social@Ogilvy, the largest social agency network in the world. Brandon is a board member, investor and advisor to some of the top digital media companies and venture funds in the industry. Brandon obtained his B.A. in Economics from Tufts University.
